Pat Carroll is a former professional basketball player and currently works as a training & development professional in the pharmaceutical industry. He earned his Master's in Organizational Development & Leadership at his beloved alma mater, Saint Joseph's University.
Outside of the corporate world he combines his training & sports experiences to help student-athletes develop skills (sport-specific & leadership) more effectively & efficiently. He specializes in team workshops that include the following (coming soon)...
During his basketball career at St. Joseph's he was a member of the 2003-2004 team that broke the school record for wins, went undefeated in the regular season (27-0) and advanced to the Elite 8. His senior year he led the NCAA in 3-point field goals made (135) and was Atlantic 10 and Big 5 Player of the Year. He broke the school record for career 3-point field goals made and currently holds the single-season record for 3-point field goals. He was recently inducted into the Hall of Fame for the Philadelphia Big 5 and Saint Joseph's Men's Basketball.
During his 6 year professional basketball career he played in Italy, France, Spain, Greece, NBDL, training camp with the Dallas Mavericks, and played on 6 NBA Summer League teams.
